Marvel at the Avengers

An ice breaker that many people have been asked is, "if you were a superhero, which one would you be?" From young to old, superhero books and movies are favorites to many and dear to people's hearts. Many people would agree, the Avengers movies some of the all time best superhero films out there. There is a superhero for every taste and a story to go with it. Take a look to see what I experienced after watching this film and reading a review about it.

Avengers Age of Ultron
From the first years of reading to adult film enjoyment, superheroes are some of the most interesting and widely loved characters people look forward to learning more about. Due to the fact that they are so popular, superheroes appear in comic books, literature, film, and much more. Therefore, there are generally a lot of people anticipating the next ‘big thing’ that will have their favorite superhero. Marvel’s the Avengers Age of Ultron movie was recently released into theatres and is one of those superhero highlights that people can’t wait to see. Because there are more than one superhero and they all play key roles, the story appeals to many variations of superhero lovers. However, not everyone enjoyed this film; Bill Gibron wrote a review of Avengers Age of Ultron titled, “More Definitely Means More in Joss Whedon’s Avengers,” that discusses his thoughts on the film.
Although Gibron did not care for the immense action of the movie, I enjoyed the action and by extension the movie. I saw the film in theatre and, though it was lengthy, it was worth every second of terrifying, exciting action. Not only does this film discuss and feature many superheroes, it also tells each of their story along the way. In many ways Avengers Age of Ultron, in my opinion, exceeds all expectations for a superhero movie and makes exquisite use of today’s technology to depict the future of technology. On the other hand, Gibron is not wrong when he says, “more is more,” in this movie.
Due to the fact that this movie features a plethora of technologies that do not yet exist in today’s world, it is nearly impossible not to go ‘over the top’ with more features such as toys and gadgets. Gibron is also correct when he mentioned how Marvel spent billions on the Avengers series, but they made billions off of the films as well. “The Russo Brothers will indeed have their work cut out for them,” is an understatement when it comes to how successful and well Joss Whedon did with the Avengers so far. Many people are looking forward to the two-part Infinity Wars movies and hopefully they will be just as successful.
Avengers Age of Ultron is one of my favorite superhero movies as of recently and I am sure many agree. Sure superhero or action movies aren’t for everyone, but there is more to this film than just fighting. Overall, this film did cost a pretty penny and yes it can be considered over the top at times, but is still a very successful story that many will enjoy for years to come.
